Important update regarding Multicom Systems and Suretek

We are pleased to announce some exciting changes relating to Suretek and Multicom Systems. Multicom Systems is now the main supplier of Multicom Communicators and associated services to market.

What has changed

Multicom Systems Pty Ltd has always been the manufacturer of Multicom Communicators with the main distributor being Suretek. Going forward, we are simplifying our supply channel to a more agile structure to better serve our clients with the focus on expanding the Multicom Communicators product offering and related services.

We will continue to provide high quality products and supply our secure, encrypted network. We are currently investing in technology to develop innovative security solutions as well as deliver industry-leading programs for our clients.

Shortly the infrastructure around the Multicom Network, billing and support will be branded to Multicom Systems in line with these changes.

What hasn’t changed

Our personnel will not change. In fact, we will be expanding our team as we strive to deliver the best service possible to our clients. Glenn Smith will continue to serve as Managing Director of Multicom Systems Pty Ltd.

Multicom Systems continues to build on its internal strengths with the appointment of a Phillip Perry to the General Manager role as of August 2022. Phillip has over 20 years of experience in the security industry and brings a tremendous wealth of expertise and leadership skills.

Going forward

These changes will drive Multicom Systems with a clear agenda for success. We will continue to deliver the best alarm communication solutions for our partners, helping them stay ahead of the technology curve. There will be more exciting announcements to come in the new year as we realign what we do best.
